What we collect
When you request a quote or book a lawn service we collect your name, contact details, suburb, address and information about the job. We don't collect sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver the service, invoice you, and (occasionally) keep in touch about services you've used. We do not sell or rent your information.
Cross-division sharing
PrestigePro Lawn & Garden is part of XEMT Limited (trading as PrestigePro). Your details may be shared internally between PrestigePro divisions for a unified account experience. They are not shared outside the company.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us to confirm what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete your details. Email lawn@prestigepro.co.nz.
